職業： 副總裁（資訊科技界） Vice President (IT Sector)
理念： 全力支持２０１２年雙普選 Fully Support Universal Suffrage
強烈反對強行將基本法第二十三條立法 Strongly against Article 23 of Basic Law
支持愛國民主運動，反對武力鎮壓 Support patriotic and democratic movement & oppose military suppression

　

開設議員辦事處 ( 11.07.2004 )

於二零零三年十一月廿三日當選後，便馬上着手籌備開設辦事處，由於無法在沙田市中心選區覓得合適地方作辦事處，特別是因租金較為昂貴，最終只能向房屋署申請在沙田市中心隔鄰的瀝源邨內租用一個商用單位作為辦事之所。

經過數月的翻新和裝修，辦事處於二零零四年七月十一日正式揭幕，為市民提供服務。

　

香港特別行政區第二屆區議會選舉 ( 23.11.2003 )

在沙田市中心選區參選，最終以１６５２票對１３３０票擊敗對手 （民建聯的候選人，亦是在該區當了十二年的在任區議員）。

由二零零四年一月一日起正式上任，任期為 四年，直至二零零七年十二月卅一日止。
